Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis.
- Monitor and maintain dialysis equipment and systems to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Registered General Nurse with the NMC.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of up to £33,719, based on experience.
- Full-time position with paid breaks and flexible shifts.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
- 35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.
