Residential AV Systems Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced residential AV systems engineer to join our team at Creative Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio visual systems integration and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain residential AV systems, including control systems, lighting systems, and home networks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AV systems, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide excellent client-facing service, working with homeowners and their representatives to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and systems, attending training sessions and workshops as needed to expand knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in residential AV systems integration, with a strong background in control systems, lighting systems, and home networks.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a residential setting, with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including Crestron Control, Control4, KNX, Lutron lighting, and home networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with homeowners, their representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
