Job Title: Senior Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Tiger Recruitment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Organize and manage post and correspondence
  • Assist Executive Assistants with administrative tasks and duties
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of front-of-house staff
  • Schedule meeting rooms and ensure smooth logistics
  • Assist with events, both internal and external
  • Liaise with internal HR and Operational teams
  • Manage facilities administration and coordinate with third-party contractors
