About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
- Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role
- Work within a team and under their own initiative
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service
What We Offer
As a Cleaning Operative at Mitie, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with the opportunity to work 12.5 hours per week. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, pension contributions, and a flexible benefits scheme.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach to the role
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
