Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities, as well as working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 1 qualification or higher in a Teaching Assistant certification.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £85-£95 per day.
