Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our broadband and mobile network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain broadband and mobile network equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to share information and best practices
Requirements
  • UK Manual driving licence
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
