About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our team at Norton Rose Fulbright. As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering integrations between Cloud and On-Premise, Cloud and Cloud, and On-Premise and On-Premise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver integrations between Cloud and On-Premise, Cloud and Cloud, and On-Premise and On-Premise systems.
  • Work closely with regional IT teams and third parties to facilitate the delivery of integration works in projects or BAU activities.
  • Own and manage integration architecture related artefacts, including integration inventory, integration architecture/design, guidelines, and integration patterns.
  • Research, plan, and lead the work to propose a 5-year roadmap of future-proof integration models.
  • Closely work with support/service teams and third parties to monitor integration-related issues and lead resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Norton Rose Fulbright's IT Security policies and participate in security, audit, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Manage the schedule and timeline of activities across multiple systems/regions, assess and avoid conflicts, and streamline work efforts.
  • Document processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new integrations.
  • Closely work with wider teams, including Function/Technical teams, Architects, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, and Regional IT teams, and manage necessary communications and escalations.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering integrations between Cloud and On-Premise, Cloud and Cloud, and On-Premise and On-Premise systems.
  • Good experience in designing and delivering integrations in Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing market-leading ESB solutions such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, and WebSphere.
  • Experience of working in an offshore model, cross-culturally and cross-functionally, and ability to adapt personal style to different environments.
  • Pro-active collaboration and stakeholder management will be second nature and a core strength.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines and a desire to deliver to milestones would be a distinct advantage.
  • Performance tuning, troubleshooting, go-live support.
  • Interacting with various other teams during system build and implementation process.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation would be an advantage.
