This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Quality Manager in the Nuclear Sector. You will be responsible for leading and managing quality arrangements across all site activities, including installation, commissioning, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within Nuclear or regulated industries, expertise in ISO 9001 and related regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A HNC or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering) and auditor training are also essential. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum and the chance to shape quality practices in a dynamic and regulated industry while driving continuous improvement across projects. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing site-specific quality arrangements, conducting and managing internal and external audits, building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, addressing and resolving site quality issues and non-conformances, preparing and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, and records, and overseeing supplier quality, including assessments and approvals.
