About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Groundworks team at ECL Civil Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily planning and management of project works, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and management
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and address any changes requiring RFI's and CVI's
  • Oversee the quality of work, ensuring that all direct labour and subcontractors meet our high standards
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily activity briefings to ensure a safe and productive working environment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure site at all times, adhering to our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures
  • Support the Project Manager in implementing and managing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role
  • Excellent supervision and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and members of the public
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to manage a project effectively and efficiently, delivering high outputs and exceeding client expectations
