Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is a global shared service, responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Capita's colleagues, businesses and clients.

We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Software Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have significant experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform as well as Azure Services.

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. They will provide support to the team, as well as training, mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and confidently, with the ability to pick up a task, analyze and complete it using their technical competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Writing codes and debugging.
  2. Performing Unit tests, documenting changes and refactoring less complexed programs/scripts.
  3. Monitoring and reporting on progress.
  4. Configuration Management - Taking care of code hygiene (Well maintained) and setting up project infrastructure to ensure all documents are in order.
  5. Defining software modules needed for an integration build.
  6. Producing build definition for each generation of the software.
  7. Accepting completed software modules, ensuring that they meet defined criteria.
  8. Producing software builds from software source code for loading onto target hardware.
  9. Configuring the hardware and software environment as required by the system being integrated.
  10. Completing their work with no supervision and given their good technical competencies they should be able to solve problems/tasks on their own.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience as a Software Developer.
  2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Azure experience.
  3. Software configuration experience.
