Project Architect Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join their team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for running and managing projects independently, working alongside internal and external stakeholders, and managing/mentoring more junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and manage projects independently
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage/mentor more junior members of staff
  • Work on all RIBA stages
  • Prepare tender applications and presentations
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaise with clients and develop key relationships
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ARB registered
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Ability to run own projects
  • Good design skills
  • Progressive individual
  • Living in or around Newcastle
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
