About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Production Manager to join our growing Football department at DAZN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our National League football output, working closely with our Production Manager, Editorial team, and local production teams to ensure the successful delivery of all matches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the budget for this project and manage all related spend, working closely with the Production Manager.
- Coordinate staff, freelance crew, and kit/props for onsite shoots, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Support the Production Manager in collating documentation, including risk assessments, accreditations, liability insurance, and contributor release forms.
- Manage and support all event schedules, workflows, and disciplines, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work with the Executive Producer to book and source commentators and in-vision talent, ensuring high-quality content.
- Collaborate with our Technical Producer to ensure consistent services and delivery of our matches, meeting DAZN's quality standards.
- Provide support at matches across the UK and Europe, as required, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Work with DAZN transmission and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of all matches to the DAZN and YouTube platforms.
- Support DAZN Programming teams in producing non-live and studio content, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- Passion for sport, particularly Football, with a strong drive, determination, and work ethic.
- Good knowledge of host broadcast processes and broadcast criteria, with experience in tracking costs and making supplier payments.
- Ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels, identifying the right level of support at all stages.
- Ability to work under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent Excel skills, with experience in creating documents and managing data.
- Confidence in booking third-party crew and talent for events, with a strong attention to detail.
