Professional Practice Lecturer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Practice Lecturer to join our Degree Apprenticeship team at QA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning courses to learners and organisations across the Degree Apprenticeship curriculum.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality learning courses to learners and organisations across the Degree Apprenticeship curriculum
- Developing course materials, including video content, learning activities, slide decks, and assessments for multiple professional practice modules
- Providing in-depth expert support to learners and organisations
- Contributing to product maintenance, including checking existing material for accuracy, updating existing material, and creating new material
- Acting as a moderator and peer reviewer for modules on a termly basis
- Representing QA as a positive ambassador for excellence and innovation
- Taking ownership of own continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure up-to-date and relevant subject knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MSc achieved in any subject
- Teaching experience in an educational setting (i.e. lecturing)
- Industry experience in Leadership and Continuous Improvement advantageous
- Teaching qualification achieved desirable
