Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a reliable and flexible Receptionist to provide temporary cover for our client based in the motor trade in Pickering.
This is an ad-hoc opportunity that requires support around once a month, making it perfect for candidates seeking short-term or temporary work.
As the front of house host, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and customers, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome
- Distributing post to relevant departments
- Performing various administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and scanning
- Maintaining the client database
- Electronic filing
- Completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
The working hours may vary across Monday to Sunday, with set days and times including Mondays to Fridays 8am-6pm, Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm. The hourly salary for this role is £11.44.
