Trinity House Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team in the Solihull area. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate month-end preparation and reporting of the management accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Collaborate with the Financial Reporting Manager, Management Accountants, and Purchase Ledger team to ensure accurate month-end preparation and reporting of the management accounts.
• Work closely with the business to improve processes within the Management Accounting team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Assist with the integration of new acquisitions into the finance reporting structure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and standards.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
