The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Runwood Homes Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in embracing life and promoting independence in a kind and compassionate setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Working closely with our experienced care team to deliver high-quality care services that promote resident autonomy, dignity, and well-being
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 28 – 33 days paid holiday
