Front of House Assistant Role

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Front of House Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Deal with emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks, if applicable.
  • Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, providing information about spa services, treatments, and products.
  • Process payments and maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy state.
  • Assist with promoting spa services, special offers, and retail products.
  • Coordinate with Spa Therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Log all visitors to the site, including contractors and guest passes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
