Project Manager – A Key Role in Our Organisation

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of projects with a total value of around £8-10 Million
  2. Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  3. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
  5. Monitor and control project costs, quality, design, and delivery
  6. Implement and maintain project management tools to communicate project plans and progress effectively
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project management, with a sound knowledge of project management techniques (PRINCE 2 advantageous)
  2. Experience working in a manufacturing business that designs and manufactures its own products
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  4. Hands-on experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
