About the Role

As a Dispensing Optician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive sight tests using advanced equipment, ensuring every patient leaves satisfied. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide a wide range of services, including specialist services such as myopia management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough sight tests and recommend high-quality lenses from renowned brands such as Seiko and Hoya
  • Select frames that meet each patient's needs, working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with glazing tasks on-site and contribute to frame selection decisions
  • Work 2 days a week (Monday or Tuesday) with flexible scheduling options available
Requirements
  • Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a caring attitude
  • Possess attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Show enthusiasm for working in a long-term role with an independent practice
