**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Development Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience in laboratory settings. They will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, as well as presenting technical findings to management and colleagues.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement process improvements within the business units, raw materials suppliers, and within the materials group
  • Present and document technical findings and qualifications to management/colleagues, regulatory files, CAPA's, NCR's, and Manufacturing changes process
  • Contribute to the development of best practice for materials handling and laboratory practices within CooperVision

**Requirements:**

  • BSc in Chemistry or related discipline (MSc or PhD preferred)
  • 2-5 years of industrial experience within the chemical area (Medical device/pharmaceutical preferred)
