Clearsulting is a global consulting company with a mission to deliver positive change through digital finance. Our team consists of finance specialists with experience and technical capabilities across the spectrum of finance, including financial close, digital reporting, risk advisory, treasury, and more.

Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:
  • Collaborate with project managers on workplan creation, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.
  • Actively manage project budgets, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Monitor project progress against scope, identifying deviations, and mitigating scope creep.
  • Monitor and adjust resource utilization for project efficiency.
  • Report project performance to Engagement Lead.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee invoicing and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with Consulting, Commercial leaders, and Operations for revenue and cash flow management.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and address issues impacting revenue targets.
Client Acquisition and Commercial Activities:
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to directors, managers, senior analysts, and analysts.
  • Define project team roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with other Consulting and Commercial Directors to achieve company objectives.
Technical Expertise:
  • Possess expert understanding and execute activities related to BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba, OneStream, Coupa, or similar digital finance technologies.
  • Cover various modules, including implementation.
Compliance and Training:
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
  • Train team members on internal policies and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 8+ years of finance management consulting experience.
  • Expert understanding of project methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven track record in practice growth, revenue, and margin targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
  • Expertise in project management, including SDLC principles.
  • Ability to develop executive-level presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, potentially up to 80%.
