Job Title: Sexual Health Outreach Worker

Birmingham LGBT is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our community sexual health team as a Sexual Health Outreach Worker.

The successful applicant will work towards improving the sexual health of the LGBTQ+ community, reducing the incidence of STI infection and poor sexual health, and providing and developing a sexual health and wellbeing service that meets the needs of LGBTQ+ people in Birmingham and Solihull.

The role involves providing sexual health services from the Birmingham LGBT Centre and in off-site outreach locations, working on a rota basis including evening and weekend work, and some travel to sites in Birmingham and Solihull.

The successful applicant will be accountable to the Sexual Health Services Manager and will be part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.

The role offers a competitive salary of £24,666 per annum (pro rata) and up to 5% matched pension contributions, as well as 25 days annual leave per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
