Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of surveyors to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
