Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children in their school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with self-regulation activities and techniques to help them achieve calm and regulated moods.
  • Work with students who are vulnerable and need support with their SEMH and personal needs.
  • Be aware of safeguarding processes within the school and put them into action if required.
  • Support students with elements of personal care when needed.
