Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer
- Possession of Blue CSCS NVQ LVL 2 Skilled Card
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £21.39 per hour (achieved after completing 39 hours per week)
- Accrual of holiday entitlement
- Eligibility to join the VGC pension scheme upon meeting specific criteria
