Job OpportunityWe are seeking highly motivated and talented Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, or Paramedics to join our team as Disability Assessors or Functional Assessors. As a Disability Assessor, you will work autonomously to assess the cases of individuals applying for a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) as part of the DWPs Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS). This will involve holding consultations and writing fair and accurate reports.
As a Functional Assessor, you will work autonomously to assess the cases of individuals applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit as part of the DWPs Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS). This will involve holding consultations and writing fair and accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities- Hold consultations with individuals to assess their functional capacity and make recommendations for their benefit entitlement.
- Write clear and concise reports detailing the individual's assessment and recommendations.
- Work autonomously to manage a caseload and meet productivity targets.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
