Demand Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Demand Planner to join our team at The Channel Recruiter. As an Associate Demand Planner, you will play a key role in driving business performance by building and maintaining excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales and country-based SKU level forecast to drive business planning and ensure delivery of sales plans, customer services, cost, and inventory.
- Participate fully in the EMEA S&OP process, owning the forecasted demand for your responsible markets and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to define NPI launches and adjust forecasts to align to agreed plans.
- Manage demand signals of NPI launches and transitions to ensure demand and cannibalization risks are being proactively communicated to key stakeholders for collaborative resolution.
We are looking for someone who is in the early stages of their demand planning career but looking for a step up. You will have experience in demand and supply planning tools and be highly effective in problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders and members of your team. An additional language skill to English would be an advantage as the team deals with the whole of EMEA.
