About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at Devonshire Appointments. As an Auto Mail Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of outbound and inbound document services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various auto fulfilment and sortation machines, such as Bluecrest, to ensure efficient and accurate processing of documents.
  • Obtain and return stock as required, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet quality and output targets, adhering to established job specifications and procedures.
  • Ensure issues are escalated in a timely and accurate manner to the line manager, maintaining open communication and a proactive approach.
  • Take ownership of ensuring all relevant clients' Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are understood and met, demonstrating a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production environment, with a focus on SLAs and drive for results.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic PC skills to complete various Management Information (MI) tasks, with a strong focus on organization and time management.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
