Senior Care Assistant Job Opportunity

An exciting new role has arisen for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to work in a leading care home based in the Oxfordshire area. You will be part of a reputable healthcare provider, delivering exceptional care to residents.

This care service offers residential and dementia care in a homely environment, with en-suite accommodation. As a Senior Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care to residents, enabling them to live their later life well.
  • Supporting residents with personal care needs and facilitating their participation in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for caring for older people.
  • Previous care experience.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
  • A kind, warm, and caring nature, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use initiative when necessary.

The successful Senior Care Assistant will receive a competitive salary of £14.15 per hour, with an annual salary up to £32,375.20. This permanent full-time role offers up to 44 hours a week, working through on nights. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive:
