Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pump Service Engineer to join our team at Modus Personnel, specializing in the water treatment sector. As a Pump Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch servicing, installation, and commissioning of diverse pumping equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing, installation, and commissioning of a variety of pumping equipment, including pumps, pumping stations, pump kiosks/control panels, valves, and pipework.
  • Disconnecting and removing pumps.
  • Obtaining measurements and readings using volt and ohm meters.
  • Fitting floats, stepping relays, and general maintenance parts.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to address breakdowns and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pumping equipment, pumping stations, valves, pipework, drainage, utilities, and water treatment.
  • Mechanical or electrical skills, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
