Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join our team at Gunton Primary Academy. As a Midday Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the lunchtime period is safe and enjoyable for our pupils. Your responsibilities will include assisting with table manners and the use of cutlery, coordinating interactive play activities, and administering minor first aid. You will also be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of our pupils during lunchtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, a basic understanding of child development and learning, and enthusiasm for caring and supporting pupils' lunchtime activities. You will be a responsible and reliable individual who is confident in dealing with young people, maintaining discipline, and motivation. You will also be able to relate well to pupils and adults.
