About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our growing sustainability team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of creating environmentally conscious places and buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement net zero carbon strategies and assessments for our clients
  2. Conduct material lifecycle assessments and circularity assessments to reduce environmental impact
  3. Provide environmental and wellbeing consultancy and assessments, including BREEAM, LEED, and the WELL Building Standard
  4. Collaborate with our design teams to integrate sustainability principles into our projects
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental policies and legislation, and advise our clients on compliance
Requirements
  1. A formal qualification in a sustainability or environmental management subject
  2. Previous relevant experience working in the field of sustainability
  3. Experience of BREEAM and the successful delivery of BREEAM assessments
  4. Working knowledge of environmental and sustainability legislation and its applicability to UK development
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills
