Job Title: Luxury Care SpecialistDescription

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Luxury Care Specialist. As part of our award-winning team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, and innovative environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

About the Role
  • You will work alongside the Care team to deliver exceptional care services, monitoring the wellbeing of each resident and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • As a key point of contact, you will communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and visitors, responding to requests and escalating concerns where necessary.
Responsibilities
  1. Support residents with their medication requirements and contribute to person-centred care planning.
  2. Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
About You
  • To be successful in your application, you must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes and at least 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
