Advanced Healthcare Practitioner

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
We are recruiting for an Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to play a key role in education and research within our organisation. This exciting opportunity involves participating in research related to the area of practice and providing education/mentorship to a multi-professional audience.
The successful candidate will have a master's degree relevant to the area of practice and possess specialist knowledge of patient pathways. They will also be able to implement clinical policies and propose changes to working practices or procedures in their own workspace.
You will work closely with the Lead Nurse and Specialist Nurses in this area to ensure high standards are monitored and maintained within the framework of Clinical Governance and HFEA code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in research related to the area of practice.
- Provide education/mentorship to a multi-professional audience.
- Implement clinical policies and propose changes to working practices or procedures.
- Work closely with the Lead Nurse and Specialist Nurses to maintain high standards.
