We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Manager to join our team in West Norfolk, UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents while working closely with colleagues and community health professionals.

About the Opportunity:

This is a casual opportunity covering annual leave and sickness on days or nights, with homes located across 9 services in West Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and hold a full UK driving licence.

As a Night Care Manager, you will set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, championing our residents' independence using creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices. You will also work closely with home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

The salary for this position is estimated at £14.50 per hour (nights) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme, offering excellent career progression opportunities and job satisfaction from giving back to your community and improving people's lives.
