Maternity Cover Watch/Jewellery Buyer

SL Resources, a leading mail order company based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Watch/Jewellery Buyer to cover a maternity leave starting in November 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and approve products for our monthly catalogue, working closely with our in-house photographers to ensure high-quality images.
  • Maintain and develop close relationships with key suppliers to expand our product offerings and improve margins.
  • Develop exclusive and proprietary pieces that differentiate and enhance our brand, staying informed on industry developments and market trends.
  • Make informed buying decisions, considering customer interest and sales, and work closely with the MD to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong buying experience within the watch/jewellery market.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for trends and the ability to stay informed on industry developments.
