Are you looking for a seasonal opportunity to make a difference in retail? We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Kettering area.

You'll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working with high street retailers on behalf of well-known brands. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Restocking and organising products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Adhering to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the required hours.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Comfortable with manual handling, as you'll need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car are necessary.
