Exciting Opportunity for a Year 5 SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Year 5, supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role
  • Job Title: Year 5 SEND Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Feltham, Hounslow
  • Start Date: ASAP

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in Year 5, providing individualized support and accommodations as needed
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students with SEND are fully included in the learning process
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure that students receive the support they need
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being
