About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge in Wolverhampton. As an Assistant Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of effective psychological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Qualified Psychologist in the delivery and evaluation of psychological services
  • Administer, score, and report on psychometric assessments and risk assessments
  • Contribute to clinical formulation and supervised individual and group interventions
  • Provide support to clients in understanding and managing their mental health

Requirements

  • Experience in a mental health setting
  • Strong understanding of psychological principles and theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
