About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Planner to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on town planning and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement town planning strategies to meet client needs

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Town Planning or a related field
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK/Northern England
  • Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations
