About the Role

MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and site facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a permanent weekend shift, Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm, maintaining production and site facility equipment.
  • Perform regular servicing and maintenance of production and site facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and diagnose faults, implementing effective remedial repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing equipment efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to support major site projects and implement minor project initiatives.
About You
  • You will have a minimum ONC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with experience in a FMCG or high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • As a skilled problem-solver, you will possess a flexible and proactive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • You will be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a close-knit team.
