As a rapidly growing business in the field of aviation, we are seeking an experienced Part Time Accounts Receivable Assistant. Located in Camberley, our new office is equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to stay ahead of the curve.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This part-time position will be responsible for handling various aspects of Sales Ledger and Credit Control. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating and sending customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
  • Checking and amending EU and UK Sales invoices, as well as processing domestic accounts.
  • Reconciling bank statements with Sage 200 and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly supplier payment runs and resolving any errors or discrepancies.

Requirements:
1. Experience in Sales Ledger and SAGE. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of multi-currency transactions (Euros, Dollars).
2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
