Consultant Paediatrician with Epilepsy and Neurodisability Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Paediatrician with a special interest in Epilepsy and Neurodisability to join our team at Queen Mary's Hospital for Children, St Helier Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical services to patients, including acute general paediatrics and special interest in Epilepsy and Neurodisability.
- Work collaboratively with the acute General Paediatric team to deliver routine day-to-day acute paediatric services and share on-call responsibilities.
- Attend Consultant on a 1 in 5 week basis on the General Paediatric ward and provide on-call cover with a frequency of 1 in 8, including weekends and Bank holidays.
- Contribute to the development of our services, including strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Hold a medical qualification or qualification registered with the GMC.
- Entry onto the Specialist Register for GMC in paediatrics or be within six months of obtaining CCT.
- MRCPCH or equivalent.
- APLS and NLS provider.
