Job Summary:

KFM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Hygiene Technician to join our team in the food industry. As a Hygiene Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our client's production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strip, clean, and rebuild machinery to ensure production schedules are maintained
  • Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet industry standards
  • Follow written work instructions and cleaning protocols
  • Deep clean production areas to ensure a safe working environment
  • Set up lines after cleaning, test run them, and identify any potential problems
  • Comply with all legal and company food handling and hygiene requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Hygiene Technician
  • Reliable and able to work at a fast pace
  • Flexible to cover shifts, including 2pm-10pm
