Document Production Specialist

Permanent

8:30am - 4:30pm

Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days per week from home

Salary: Up to £48,000

HYF is currently recruiting for an experienced Document Production Specialist to join their in-house legal document production department on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be working 8:30am - 4:30pm on a hybrid schedule, with 2 days per week spent in the office and 3 days per week working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality legal documents, working closely with the legal team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other documents
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legal document production processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless document production

Requirements:

  • Experience in legal document production, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong knowledge of legal document production processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
