Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. As a multi-trader, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties, including reactive maintenance, installation, and repair works.

• Work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner to ensure all works are carried out with due regard to the health and safety of all persons affected by the works.
• Undertake duties and responsibilities of the post while ensuring compliance with our health and safety policy, risk assessments, safe working practices, COSHH assessments, and all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that brings credit to yourself in all dealings with customers and the public.

• Proven ability to produce work consistently to a high standard.
• Ability to complete relevant certification for plumbing works, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.
• Willingness or experience in using a handheld personal digital assistant (PDA) to complete work and maintain van stocks.
• Holder of a full current driving licence.
• Proven interpersonal and technical skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The estimated salary for this role is £160 per day CIS (£32,640 per annum), with opportunities for permanent employment.
