Reliability Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient infrastructure architectures using cloud-based technologies.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and project needs.
- Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and systems, ensuring high uptime and performance.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
