Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Smile Education Recruitment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise pupils during lesson times, including break times, before and after school, and during school trips
  • Prepare the learning environment before lessons, including distributing learning materials and undertaking administrative support
  • Ensure the classroom is left in good order at the end of a lesson
  • Manage pupil behavior during lessons, adhering to the school's behavior management policy
  • Report back on pupil behavior and any issues that may arise, in accordance with school policies
