The role involves helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible, identifying their unique goals and implementing personalised activity plans. You will also support residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a homely environment. Additionally, you will work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences for residents.

We are looking for someone who can bring a sense of fun, flexibility, and creative thinking to provide new experiences and activities to meet a diverse range of interests.
