SENCo Support Specialist

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in early years education. They will be responsible for adapting activities to meet each child's individual needs, promoting social and emotional development, and encouraging positive behavior. In addition, they will play a crucial role in monitoring progress, providing feedback to teachers and the SENCo team, and helping children build essential life skills.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience (£25,000 - £32,000), a long-term contract with options for extension or 'as and when' arrangements, and the chance to work in a school with a strong community presence.
